I will enter menopause early

Mummies and daddies in the house, please hide my I'd, I have a child of 5 years, my hubby has not been around for 3 years now, I have been alone with my child. A sister of mine came to visit me and we were just gisting and I told her that most of the time, I feel pain at my pelvic area and she told me that is due to lack of s.x n if I don't make love once in a while, I will enter menopause early and I am 33 years old. I don't know what to do. Please advise me. I was the one that sent this earlier; Good evening everyone, I need advice,I av a daughter of 5yrs,wen I got pregnant,her father make attempt of marrying me,bot he could not pay bride price bcos of d pregnancy,he took his family to go n see my people, we did introduction. Wen I delivered, then he was not working,my mum came,she saw d way d situation is,she was very angry to d extend dat my mum n my elder sister was laying cause on him all bcos he was poor then,in few years time,God showed his face n he travelled out of d country n I was living fine to d glory of God.recently,my dad called me n said my husband shld come n pay my bride price,I told him on fine,he agreed n was happi,he told his family to go n see my parent which they did n b4 his family went,I called my parent to inform them that this people are coming so that u people will give them date n my parent agreet,some traveled from Lagos while other went from Ado Ekiti to see my parent,wen they came back from d journey, my brother in law to b called me n told me that my parent didn't give them date that they told them to go n see my Uncle from my mother side that he will b d one to give them date,wen I hard wat happened, I was very angry,I called my parent n ask y should my mum brother give my inlaws to b date for my own marriage wen my parent are still alive.all d step my laws are taking to make sure they see my uncle is not working out,d last time dey called my uncle to no wen he will b at home so that they could go see,he told them he will get back to them up till now,my guy said he is no longer interested for now since my mum doest want him to marry me right from d beginning bcos he was poor,I try to explain to him dat he shouldn't take it dat way,d problem now is this,is my,mother not,hapi that her daughter will get married or is she is not suppose to n sorry for d way she treated my guy in d past bcos he was poor then,am not getting young,am early 30's. N I don't want to suffer with a man n wen suppose to enjoy all I endure for,my parent will b d obstacle.I av waited,for 5yrs now n I love him so much. N I don't want to av children with different surname,n to my father,he is not saying,anything bcos he didn't carry his family along.as big as I am,I don't no any of my fathers family member not to,talk,of,being,to,his village.mummies n daddies in d house,pls I need advice
