My wife secretive life

Am 31 and my legally married wife is 25, I love my wife so much and really want to make a happy home, God blessed us with a daughter of 3 years which am taking care of since my wife lives in the school i.e hostel. Taking care of my daughter is really tedious for me and its also affecting my job but I have to take that responsibility because am educated and I want my wife to also be educated that's why I put her in school. The problem am facing now is my wife secretive life, currently she blocked me from all social media like Whatsapp and Facebook for over 7 months now, any little misunderstanding she will start to pack all her things and say she is living the house, I will hold her and sometimes beg her for the sake of our daughter. I told my wife not to attend or go near night clubs while in school but to my utmost dismay, my friend visited me and I decided to use his Facebook to check my wife's profile I saw my wife in the night club drinking alcohol I called and asked her what she was doing there she said one of her friends boyfriend took them out I started advising her of the implications of a married woman hanging out in night clubs and posting it social media she told me if am through I should cut the phone, this annoyed me and went directly to report it to her people and reported her this is because i warned her not to go near night club, she then called me and said I shouldn't call again that her friends have advised her not to be telling everything she is doing in school, I have never cheated on my wife because of the moral background i was brought up and also I know the consequences. My problem is i want the best for family currently now am a single dad and its really affecting my job. I don't know whether I did wrong in cautioning my wife against night clubs most especially as a married woman. Also mama in the house should advice me on how to go about my daughter because its not really an easy task ie combining it with my job.
