What would they say about me?

I'm a fashion designer I left my shop where I have a lot of customers because of our house relocation, since then I have not been able to balance of my work, so I decided to move my shop back to the area, maybe from there all my customers will be able to get back to me, No 1 double payment of d shop No2 no sales, after a year in my new place, my former shop landlord came to my new shop, and asked me if I'm still interested in the shop, I was surprised bcus another person is there selling food, but I said yes, he said they want to send her out by ending of Nov, my question is how will the poor woman feel, bcus I know her in d street,won't she think I'm the person that told them to send her out? No2 , what will people in d street say about me? Won't they be saying why did I leave d shop in d first place, d shop really changed my life and my family when I was there,an is changing the woman's life too now. pls what should I do?should I take it or not?pls advice
