My boyfriend of 4 years just proposed to me. While I should be happy about the proposal I am beginning to think I should actually give him his ring and walk away. My boyfriend is very insecure and jealous. He never feels comfortable with me going out without him, he his always asking questions about my male colleagues at work, he will be looking at my messages and calls on my phone. At first I assumed he was very much in love with me. Now this incident is the one that is causing me to doubt if i should tie myself to him for life. A few months ago he confessed to me that after we had an argument he poked holes in the condoms so that I can get pregnant for him. He said he was afraid I was going to break up with him and so he wanted to use pregnancy to tie me to him forever. At the time I was really shocked and I didn't know what to say or think. I even stopped sleeping with him for a month only after i made sure I was the one buying the condoms. Fortunately for me I did not pregnant. But all this his possessive behaviour is making me to be scared of him.. is it normal for men to do this? Should I be worried about marrying a man like this?
