Hello house, please I need help from all of you in here and this is about my wife. I have always loved my wife and her stature because she was she wasn't slim and she wasn't fat either, she was directly in between and it was perfect but you know how you eat rice so tey, beans start to dey hungry you, that is what is happening to me now. My wife and I have 3 kids and since the birth of our 3 children, my wife has added a lot of weight and I have tried to make her see it that the weight gain is too much. There is nothing I have not done. I have have signed us both in the gym and bought gym clothes for both of us spent more than 100k and my wife only went consistently for 2 weeks and didn't go again, she said she cannot die. What will I do? Will I kill her? I had to leave her. Then I complained to a friend of mine and he told me of Keto that I should introduce my wife to it that that is what is wife is doing now sef and she has lost almost 10kg in 2 months. When I told my wife, she was excited about it o because she said it didn't involve exercise and I told her that I was willing to do the diet with her but after 3 days, my wife stopped and said that Keto diet is for sadists. I don't know what else to do. The thing now is, I don't even enjoy making love with her, it is always like war and she stinks bad because there is too much fat that she can't bend well to wash under. Please house, I am begging you to help me. What can I do? Cheating is not an option for me but I am seriously tired of this rice I am eating because e don dey spoil sef.
