I was the one that posted about my tenant having an illicit affair with a 14 years girl. I have read so many comments, with alot of questions, firstly I am married, secondly I can't be interested in such a minor to have an affair with, base on all the comment, thirdly, like I said, my attention was called to it by the other tenant. Some people said I should give him a quit notice, I feel since it's not a rape issue, can you quit someone base on that, mind you am not that expose in managing house, am also a young guy like most of you here. The reason why I believe the mother is aware is that the mother sometimes sent for her through her siblings to call her and most time she will not even go and the mother will not be worried. My reason not to have said anything since I notice her frequent movement in and out is, I feel it will amount to poke nosing into his affair since it's a flat and not face me and face you apartment. As I write this comment she is the guys flat since 3 hours. What I hate and don't want to happen is for them to come and start shouting if anything happens, because the highest thing that will happen is to get her pregnant. And I don't want to scatter the new home he is about building because his suppose wife is pregnant and his wedding is coming up in the 2 months time. Someone said I should make sure I get them Red handed, that can't be possible because sex can't be done in the open and I can't go into his flat to know what is happening there.
