Mamas what do you think about this issue. My in-laws are giving me problem over this petty issue. When I was young, we always had pets in our house. So naturally since we have been married I we got 2 dogs a male and a female one. One of my favorite dogs name when I was a child was Oscar. So when our dogs had puppies we sold all but one of them which I now called Oscar. Last week my sister-in-law and her husband came to visit with their new baby. While we were in the sitting room, I told my maid to carry food for the dogs, I then asked her if Oscar had eaten. My in-laws were looking surprised. So I told them them our new dog's name is Oscar. Mind you this is the same name they gave their son. That's how my sister in law started acusing me of giving my dog the same name as her child. In fact she completely overreacted and started abusing me. Now the issue is I named my dog first before she named her child. She never told anyone of possible names she was planning on for her son, so how was I supposed to know she was going to name her son the same name as my dog? I’m not sure what to do right now.
