Mamas please don't judge me, all I want is your sincere advice on how to handle this issue. I am a 35 year old Muslim lady and I have been in series of failed relationships in the past, my mom advised me to go to the mosque more that I would meet good Muslim men that the reason why I have been going in and out of relationships is because I have been dating random me. I started going to the Mosque more but I didn't see anybody, most of the men were either married or not ready for a relationship. When I was about to give up and no to the Mosque again, my Imam called me and said he has noticed that I have not been as frequent as I used to be and I explained to him why, he said it is so because I have been coming to the Mosque for the wrong reasons. He collected my number and said he would be checking on me more. Since the, he has been calling me day and night, coming to my house and I have been going to his too. We have both gotten so fond of each other that we might make love anytime soon. Where I have a problem is that he is married already, he has 3 children but he says he would like to have me as his second wife if I would have him and I have said yes but my mother is against it. I am not doing anything wrong, he is allowed to marry more than 1 wife and I love him a lot too. Please how do I convince my mother that he is the man of my dreams?
