Good day mamas and paps in the house, please I need your help on how to handle this matter. My husband's birthday was 2 days ago and I bought him boxers and singlets as his birthday gifts and he took offence and started comparing me to his friend's wives. He even went as far as staying one of his friend's wife sponsored their trip to South Africa to celebrate her husband's 40th birthday and all me I can do is buy him boxers and singlets like a worthless husband and I explained to him why I did that because my husband has lots of torn boxers and singlets and anytime he wears them in the house, it irritates me and the worst part is even when we have visitors, my husband would still wear these boxers and sit down in the parlour comfortably. I couldn't take it anymore, so I bought the boxers to gift him an he feels insulted by my show of love. Did I do anything wrong really? I want to know o because I have refused to apologize to him unless he does because does items cost me a lot of money. Please advise me
