My childrens nanny is very good and my children like her. She works hard and does her duties well except this one issue. She likes to beg for money. And when you dont give her she will tell you to pay an advcance on her salary. I have warned her many times that I do not like it. She currently earns N15k and lives with us so I have no idea why she would need more money than she earns. She still keeps asking for advance payments despite the fact that she has understood that I do not like it. I don\'t have unlimited cash but she seems to think I do. I am contemplating sending her away this Christmas but I am not happy because she works very hard. How do I better address this issue?
