Deaf neighbour

Good day Mamalettes, I need your opinion on this matter, I live in a flat and there are two flats in the compound. Now I have a deaf neighbour who can talk but doesn’t hear well. When she first packed into the house she tried to disguise it and it was easy because she came with her cousin who quietly tells her what has been said.

I noticed that she didn’t come into the new house with any child and even her cousin left a day after she packed in yet she was a middle-aged woman.

Trying to be the good neighbourhood I went to her flat  with the intention of welcoming her into the house and to everything I said she was just smiling, she was also trying to read my lips but her answers were just off, so I made a mental note not to visit her again so she won’t worry that I know she’s deaf.
The one problem I have with her is sound, when she starts playing music, it will be so loud and disturbing us I guess that’s the only way she can hear what’s playing on the stereo.

And when her manfriend comes to visit, the whole house will be in trouble, when they are making love, she’ll start moaning and shouting so much that we’ll be hearing her vividly and we won’t be able to sleep, the children have even woken up on night and asked what that noise is.

I’m sure she doesn’t even know she’s shouting, how do I confront her about the noise without embarrassing her?
