How do I arrest him

Good day house, please I need your opinion on this. How do I arrest this stupid man, he has been victimizing my life. I noticed recently that this certain man followed me on Facebook recently and he has been liking all my pictures and commenting on them, even some from before I got married 6 years ago. I was worried because it was almost like he was stalking me then yesterday, he sent me a message on Facebook and he was marketing a product to me, immediately I was angry because, he wasted my time, I though he was even liking my pics because he liked them not knowing it was because he wanted to advertise Pen.s enlargement cream to me. I asked him why he would take his time to like my pictures and comment on each of them only to tell me what he sells and he said he only approaches people that really needs his products that he went through my pictures and he saw that my husband was a very short man and he would need it. I insulted him but since then he has been sending me pictures of his pen.s on Facebook and it's beginning to annoy me. If my husband sees this on my phone, how would he feel? Please I want to arrest him
