Should I go for the married man?

Good day house, please I need advice from you all. I am 33 years old in 3 months time. I have been dating my guy now for 9 years now, he introduced me to his family as his wife and later he traveled out of the country almost five years ago and since then he has not returned back to Nigeria but we always talk on phone telling me it's because of the situation of things that he can't come home and along his absence I met another man but this man is married but he wants to marry me as second wife, he keeps begging me to marry him and anytime I tell him I can't marry him, he will start crying that I have brought joy to his life but I don't want to marry him because he has a wife. And my boyfriend keep promising me that he will come home soon. I don't know what to do. Should I wait for my boyfriend or should I go for the married man?
