Hello mamas and papas in the house, please we need your help. My hubby and I love each other so much, we have been married for 4 months and our marriage looks like it's crashing because our families are at war. I know my parents will never let me marry my hubby and he also knew his people won't allow for him to marry me because they are tribalistic. We went to the registry with few friends and our siblings without letting our parents know, it was after the registry that we now made our intentions known to our parents and we told them we were already legally married that the only thing remaining was the traditional marriage and church my parents were furious when I told them and they said over there dead body will they allow such that I better go and annul the marriage and so did his family. His family even threatened to disown him over it. We decided to get pregnant, so that maybe that would melt their hearts but it still didn't work. They said we are not meant for each other but we are already married, all we seek now is their blessing and they are denying us of it. I still stay with my parents and I am 6 weeks gone but my parents have promised to take care of the child instead of letting me stay married to hubby. Please house, help me pray that my family and his family allows us to be together. Please tell me what you feel I can do because I am gradually loosing it. I have dated this man for 1 year and I know he is a good man and I want to spend the rest of my life with him.
