Can I stylishly get pregnant for him?

Good day mamas pls I want u to hide my I'd and post asap av been dating my guy for d past nine years we have a 3 bedroom apartment dat is yet to be tiled and av got an issue of ovarian cyst wish I was advice to have a child on time I am 28years old nw d issue is I told him I want to get pregnant he keep telling me to wait till he is satisfy with d building he his not thinking about anything than d aous but my future is also important as well but aside from dat he has been a responsible guy to both me and my parent pls wat can I do i am thinking if I can stylishly get pregnated by him pls advice needed
