I can see now that he's not serious

Good day mamas and papas in the house, please I need your advice. Admin please post anonymously. I met this guy early 2015, he asked me out and we later started dating. So,December 2015 when I came back from Nysc camp,he brought his people to made his intention known to my parents and we fixed wedding date to November 2016 i.e immediately after my service. I went back to where I was serving then but immediately I got there, he started to monitor everything I do, we will fight and settle it and we were making preparation for the wedding. He called me in May that we should shift the wedding date that he's not having money, at first I was angry with him but I later accepted. Fast forward to this year, he picked date himself which is November and we started preparation, his boss also told me to come and start teaching job when school resume. He later called me last month that I don't have anything to support him after wedding and even if I'm teaching collecting 10k that it can't reach anywhere, therefore he's no more doing wedding this year again,after my parents family have known about it. His siblings talked to him but he still insisted. Since then we have not been in good term because I can see now that he's not serious. Please I need advice if to leave him and move on with my life or comply with him. NB: I'm 28years. Sorry for the lost post
