I have been having issues with my husband since my mother-in-law came to spend two days with us. She came for a burial ceremony here in Lagos and decided to sleep at our house and she left early Monday morning. But she troubled the peaceful water of our home before leaving. If I'm arguing with my husband she'll interrupt that whatever my husband correct me for I should agree without checking whether i'm right or wrong.
Not only that, whatever he says she backs him up thereby making me feel like they have thrown me in the middle and about to pour ashes on my head. She only stayed for 2 days and I saw this, what will now happen when she comes visiting after baby is born because right now, I'm 30 weeks pregnant.
He also has the bad habit of correcting me in front of his mom, and she won't understand that it's a fight between couples and she shouldn't interrupt. Am I overreacting and how do I stop her from coming after I give birth?
