MOLFIX DIAPER CHANGING CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion is open to residents who live within the city of Lagos, Nigeria aged 21 or over only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Mamalette and Hayat Nigeria, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. Winners babies must be under the age of 48 months.
  3. All correct answers submitted will be entered into the draw. Only 1 entry per person over the promotional period will be accepted.
  4. The closing date for entries is midnight on 14/09/2016. Winning entry will be picked randomly from correct entries received. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Subject to availability. No cash or other alternative will be offered and prizes are non­transferable. In order to claim their prize, winners will be required to provide their name, phone number, home or work address and email address. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reasons.
  5. The Promoter’s decision in respect of winners is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of any such decision. Mamalette and Hayat Nigeria reserve the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness and/or biographical information in any publicity or statement made in connection with this promotion. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by, and are deemed to have read, understood and accepted, these terms and conditions.
