My older son hates his younger brother so much that he always beats him. Any advice please?
Please I have 2 sons.
The older one will be 3yrs by April while the younger one is just 5 months old.
The problem is that he hates his younger brother so much that he beats him always. If his younger brother touches him he will just push him down.
2 days ago the little one was just playing with him and he put his finger in his mouth and bit him.
I tell him all the time that he is his brother but he refuses to accept that. I am so tired and don’t know what to do again.

Children are very sensitive. He sees a shift in attention. I think from now on, you should carry him along on his brothers development, make him feel more responsible as an older brother, commend him when he helps even in the tiniest bit. Most importantly let him see that your love for him has not changed even with the arrival of a sibling.
