I am bringing this here to hear the opinion of other women. My wife has been threatening to leave me every since we got married 8 years ago. This is a woman that has 3 children, boys. I dont know why she keeps deceiving herself that another man will still look at her with all the baggage she will be bringing. Now with all her talk, she has not yet left. She has told me many times that she doesnt think she loves me anymore. Her major complaints are that I dont spend money on her the way I used to before and that I like staying out late with my friends. But the issue is that I am the one carrying most of the responsibility for upkeep of her and the children. I have told her that I've done everything I can and that I know that I am not perfect, but I also know I've tried very hard to make this work. I give her everything she asks for for the children, I even sometimes give her a monthly salary when my income can allow it. But everything I do is never enough. She will keep comparing me to the other man who also wanted her hand in marriage. This man is now married with his own children. While I know he is richer that I am I should think that after 8 years and 3 children my wifes eyes should no longer be outside. My problem is that now I have checked out. I'm emotionally exhuasted and at this point the next time she utters that statement to me again I will just pack my things and live the house for 1 month or until the reality hits her.
