I feel i should share my story because I feel I would inspire somebody here today. I was in a relationship with a man for 9 years, out of which my parents got frustrated that 9 years with a man and no show, I was already 35, all my siblings had gotten married except me because I was waiting for my fiancee to take me to the altar. He finally proposed all of a sudden and said he wanted us to get married in a month. I was happy and surprised at the same time but I didn't question him. I told my parents and they were totally against but I told them I was going to marry him regardless. It was that period that my dad got very sick and we had to take him to the hospital for medical treatment so I couldn't continue with the marriage plans. My dad was admitted for about a month. It was that same time I realized that my fiance had married and giving birth to 2 kids already. I was devastated. I fell sick and was admitted in the hospital as well. Luckily for me, the same man that was treating my dad was the same person treating me. He heard my story and he was touched. 3 months after my dad and I were discharged, the doctor proposed marriage to me. I am married to him today and I have a beautiful baby girl. At times, what you think might be a problem might just be what would take you to your place of joy. I hope someone is touched today.
