Question Category: General Hubby says it is my duty to hire his sisters

Mamas what do you think about this issue?
I own a small but very profitable catering business that does very well. I\’ve but a lot of years, money, and time into the company and it has paid of as I have many customers and clients I do catering business with. I really love cooking and take a lot of pride in my work, so naturally anyone that works with me has to be professional and know what they are doing. My hubbys sisters have been out of university for a while now and have just been sitting at home doing nothing. Last weekend hubby went to see his parents, that was when they suggested that since my business is doing well and I seem to have plenty staff members I should hire his sisters in my business.
Now my problem is based on their character, they are very lazy I wouldn\’t hire them. They have also never shown interest in helping anytime they come around. And the only reason they want to do the job is because their parents are pushing them and the money.
My husband however, thinks it is my duty as his wife to hire them. I\’ve tried to explain to my husband that I don\’t feel comfortable hiring them, and from a business standing I really do not feel confident in how they would perform as employees for me. Am I wrong?
