What can I do about this situation. My mother in law called my hubby last week. Because hubby was in the kitchen cooking and he couldnt pick his phone I picked the phone and when she was it was me, she told me to give him the phone. I told her he was busy and that I can take the message or tell him to call her back but she said no that what is he doing. I now said he was in the kitchen preparing our night food. In my house my hubby does the cooking because he likes to cook. When my mother in law heard this she now insisted that I should give him the phone, I told her okay I will cut the phone and he will call her back. As I was just saying bye bye my mother in law started cursing me that I am a useless wife and because I cant go into the kitchen and cook for my family I have turned her son into my servant. She now said whatever juju I have used on him will not work before she hung up. I didnt even know what to say and told hubby to call her back. I did not know why this woman will start cursing me. The reason why she called was to tell hubby about a cousin of his that just gave birth so it wasnt an urgent call.
Did I do anything wrong by telling her hubby could not take her call. How do I now move forward from this situation?
