Tokunbo is extremely passionate about young people, she is also a woman who is extremely passionate about entrepreneurs, especially young women. Her desire is for every woman to excel in their various careers, personal lives and businesses.  Most importantly helping them through teachings and advisory to be role models to other women and ensure that they live a purposeful life.

She is the founder of BI Empowerment website, A blog with a mandate to empower young people all over the world in their professional and personal lives and the Managing Consultant of BI solutions Nigeria a human capital development company.

She has a BA and a Master’s degree in Personnel Psychology (MPP) She is professionally certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in the United States as a Professional in Human Resources-International (PHRi), an associate member of Chattered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM) and a certified professional from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). Tokunbo Fasoro is also an alumnus of the Prestigious Pan Atlantic University Lagos Nigeria where she was trained in Entrepreneurship Management..

Tokunbo started the BI Graduate School in 2013, which has been responsible for training so many graduates for free. This passion to give back to the society is geared towards helping young graduates to bridge the gap between the academic environment and the work place. The school also provides employability workshops so they can be guided in making the right career choices. Before she started BI Solutions in 2013, she had practiced HR in a couple of organizations and had offered several organizations consulting services. She started the BI Empowerment blog in March 2016 where she has been able to reach out to thousands of youths all over the world through engaging and relevant content, free trainings, interview hotlines, job and scholarship opportunities only to mention a few.  She is extremely passionate about young people and she takes advantage of every opportunity to reach out to them and inspire them.

Outside professional endeavors Tokunbo assists in pastoring in an interdenominational women’s fellowship, When Women Pray in Lagos Nigeria. She loves to talk, sing and dance. She is married with two sons.
