Gbolahan Adebayo Yusuf M.D, is a medical professional per excellence. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Ibadan & University College Hospital in 2008, with over 10 years training and experience gained from National hospital, Abuja, Tolu Medical Center and Siloan Medical Center.

His passion for medicine, specifically maternal wellbeing led him to author several publication Popular amongst them is ‘Violence against Pregnant Women’, a paper he co-authored with the renowned Dr. A. A. Lanase et al.

Serving as the Medical Director of Tolu Medical Center for over 4 years and currently the Chief Medical Director of Siloan Medical Center, an urban health & medical center situated in the Ejigbo, Lagos, which provides quality health care at affordable prices, he has overseen the delivery of over 5,000 children and has conducted over 1000 Cesarean Sections for at risk mother.

 His passion to reduce the rate of maternal and child mortality has led him to constantly engage in the sensitization and education of pregnant women ensuring their safety in pregnancy through his periodic Health gathering seminars and clinics which has become a household name and has help to ensure the safety of over 4000 pregnant women in and around His community. Not limiting his scope, He contributes tremendously to the value chain in the local maternal health sphere, by fully engaging in training local birth attendants, traditional doctors and midwives that engage actively in the delivery of pregnant women particularly in the rural setting of his hospital’s community to help reduce maternal and child mortality.
