#1. Take care of your spirit, soul and body

The same goes for the mind, when you think positively, the endorphins that are released from this thinking will lift up your spirits and sharpen your mind. Happiness and low-stress environment are the key to slow down ageing.

#2. Protein

Include protein in your every meal, eat low-fat protein as protein slows down insulin level which should be balanced in other to lose weight and avoid disease.  Protein also reduces blood sugar levels which reduce stress.

#3. Stress less
