What’s The Most Painful Thing Your Child Has Destroyed?

The list of things my children have destroyed is endless, and I didn’t think about it until they broke the screen of my new iPhone 6 which my hubby bought me as a birthday gift. Angry and confused as to how I’d explain it to my hussy when he comes back, I wondered if I was the only woman on planet earth whose children break things up and spoil things.

So I went searching online and what I found confirmed my suspicion, these kids love to explore and in the course of doing it, they destroy things. When these women were asked “Apart from your body and your lady parts what has your child destroyed?” Here are their response;

My laptop and mousse

As a stay at home mom, I’ve been working on some articles online when I needed to go, I came back to meet my laptop screen broken, I screamed like a banshee angrily. My guilty toddler just stared innocently at me, obviously he observed that mom never has his time when working on the laptop so he decided to spoil it. They hide my mouse too, 5 mousse have have gone missing in 2 months.

My walls

The wall of our parlour was painted cream and brown, I guess my toddler didn’t agree with the colour combo, I observed she was unusually quiet so I came out from the bathroom to find our walls painted in army green with her water colours. Really!

My iPad

You know how kids love to put everything in their mouth, he decided to have a taste of my iPad and see what it taste like, he bite it until the screen cracked, I didn’t even care about the iPad, my only fear was that the glass had cut and hurt his mouth, when I found out he wasn’t hurt I was more grateful than annoyed at the destruction.

Flat screen TV

We decided to change our 32 inches flat screen TV and buy a new one, my two daughters stand stupidly close to the TV when watching it, on one of those days. they got into a fight about the show they’d like to watch, they ended up scratching the Tv badly. Another time, they scratched their initials onto the screen too.

Camera

The camera had a hole(kind of) so he decided to see if the mouth can take in some milk, he poured milk in it and later decided to wash it in a bucket of water, totally destroying the life of that camera.

My vagina

I really don’t have to explain this to any mother!

My neckpiece

My 5 months old was into grabbing  and chewing on things, she drew my neckpiece until it snapped off my neck, she almost choke me self.

My wall and an expensive wallpaper

We’ve always wanted to redecorate our home so we bought some buckets of paints, wallpapers and new curtains. The painter didn’t finish painting that day and decided to leave the remaining paint, I was in the toilet for 5 minutes, I came out to meet the room painted white on blue and the wallpapers torn from the wall.No wonder mothers often take their toddlers with them to the toilet, spend two minutes in the toilet and you might end up paying more than 25k for it. Whatever else they have destroyed and no matter how painful it it, we can’t but love them still.
