Many are women who find it annoying that while they look old and tired their husband looks exactly the same way he looked the day they got married. There's no need to beef your man, after giving birth to one or two kids many of us just stop caring, walk like an old woman and forget to take care of our skin so what do you expect, that a miracle will happen? That you're old doesn't mean you have to look old, here are ways to keep your skin glowing for long;
1. Drink this
First off, if you're a lover of sweet beverages you have to quit them and switch to green tea which a combination of antioxidants and polyphenols (the key to youthful skin). Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day and take probiotics to boost your immune system.
2. Fruits
Many people go without fruits for weeks yet you ought to eat two types of fruits every day, stop eating sugar and start taking colourful fruits and vegetables. The more colourful they are the more antioxidants they contain meanwhile antioxidants give the skin a glow. Red apple, yellow pineapple, red pepper, red grapefruit, blue berry, carrot, greens (lettuce, broccoli etc) and other fruits are your best friends.
