If you are already dieting and exercising, these are all good ways to lose the extra weight but then again, there’s no one way to lose the extra annoying flab that makes you look like an overfed cat. Here are some ways to lose the weight;
1. Eat something sweet with breakfast
The problem with eating healthy is, that’s the time you’d be craving foods that are sweet, that’s one thing I’ve noticed. So instead of ending up eating the unhealthy things you crave, just eat something sweet with your healthy food. You can add chopped apples to your oat, that way you won’t feel like eating a bowl of ice cream later.
2. Eat a bigger breakfast
Like I always say, eat like a king in the morning, like a prince in the afternoon and like a baby at night, that’s the way to lose weight. Those who eat nig breakfast lose more weight than those who don’t, research has found.
3. Drink warm water
Some people have found that squeezing lemon into a glass of warm water and drinking it early in the morning can help with belly fat. Also, taking warm water instead of a glass of cold water can help you feel fuller thus reducing your food intake.
4. Blue it!
Weird as my sound it just might work, some studies have found that red, yellow and orange increase your appetite, while the color blue does the opposite. So when you want to serve your food, use blue plate, blue spoon and blue tablecloth and napkins so you can eat less.
5. Tie a ribbon around your waist
Really, let me explain, many French women tie ribbons around their waist(under the clothes) so they don’t eat more than is neccesary, when it becomes tight, they know it’s time to stop eating.
6. Minty breath
Take a mint, it could be a minty chewing gum or sweet, it freshens your appetite and helps suppress your appetite. If you aren’t a fan of sweet or chewing gum, go for peppermint tea.
If you noticed something, almost everything dwelled on eating little, instead of eating too much food at a sitting, eat small portions different times, that away your body will burn it out fast so you wouldn’t add much weight, as for the weight you already have, exercising and drinking natural homemade stuffs will help you.
