The internet offers many opportunities for women if they can find them. While some are struggling in this economic downturn some women are successfully making more sales by promoting their businesses online and via social media platforms.
This is why on Mamalette, to help women running small businesses we have a feature we run called ‘Business Friday’ where women can feature their businesses and earn more income from the added patronage of our members.
#BusinessFriday adverts will feature the business owner (optional), business, product or service to be advertised as well as contact details for people to reach you e.g. phone number, email address, physical address, website, social media pages or groups etc.
This feature includes a sponsored post on our website as well as a sponsored post on Facebook and Twitter. See an example of a Business Friday feature here.
The questions will be an in interview format as seen below;
1. What’s your name and title (please spell both)? What’s the name of your business?
2. How long have you been in business?
3. What motivated you to start this business?
4. Can you give a description of your business?
5. What are you best known for and why(i.e. bestselling product, special service you offer, etc.)?
6. What sets your business aside from others in the field?
7. Why should a customer choose your business?
8. What keeps your customers coming back?
Also please provide the following;
- Your business logo if you have any
- Your picture, pictures of your products/services
- Your personal profile: Name, Contact Details, Address, Phone Numbers etc
- Your website address and social media profiles
We will be publishing your advert on the following Friday from when you send us the necessary details and make payment.
